What are your shipping options and delivery times?

At this time, Birdy Apparel offers local pickup options as well as delivery. Pickup options are available all days of the week after 5pm. Since we are in the midst of a pre-sale, please anticipate all items to be available for pickup or delivery starting around April 21st!

 

What is your return policy?

Birdy Apparel is a new business, therefore, exchanges, not returns, are offered for only apparel - not accessories. If you come up with an issue (wrong size, the elastic band popped, etc.) with your item and would like to issue an exchange, please email contact@birdyapparel.com. The exchange must be requested within 10 days after your order was received.

 

What are your care instructions for your products?

Please wash all Birdy Apparel on a cold setting, and turn the clothes inside out. This will ensure the best quality as well as all logos remaining in tact.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Card only, but if you are doing pickup - Zelle is accepted.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order is placed, as soon as it is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number.

 

How do I determine my size for your products?

Due to Birdy Apparel being a new business, we are in the process of getting exact measurements for each piece. Therefore, what we have seen works for our trial pieces, please order the size you most commonly wear in your other athletic pieces. With the leggings and shorts, they are a tight fit, but the elastic band might pop if you buy a size too small, for this reason, I would size up if you feel as though that would be best, and if all else fails, please email us at contact@birdyapparel.com to provide feedback and receive an exchange or refund.


Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

At this time, you cannot change or cancel your order after it has been placed.

Email contact@birdyapparel.com, provide the issue with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
